5. Discussion on enforcement action filings, campground rental structures, Wisconsin Department of Health permit listing
6. Report by the Door County Visitor Bureau on marketing efforts
7. Appointments to Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Compliance Committee.
8. Discussion on the current comparatible occupancy numbers for 2009.
9. Consideration of approving reports and payables plus receipts to date
10. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(ea) to discuss the performance of the DCVB
11. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
12. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
13. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
