5. Discussion on the current comparatible occupancy numbers for 2009.
6. Consideration of approving reports and payables plus receipts to date
7. Update on Bay Lake/Official Payments database changes for password, credit card/e-check features
8. Report from Commissioners on feedback from local boards on recent issues
9. Consider a motion to sign a contract with the LifeQuest collection agency
10. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f)
or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
11. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
12. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
