1. Approval of the Agenda
2. Approval of minutes of:
a. January 15, 2009
b. January 28, 2009 (Finance)
3. Report by Kathy Kirkland on current activities, projects and issues associated with permitting new members
4. Discussion on DVD training program from our Insurer
5. Welcome members from new member communities
6. Update on the Community Marketing Program
7. Report by the Door County Visitor Bureau on marketing efforts
8. Discussion on the current comparatible occupancy numbers for 2008.
9. Consideration on approving Finance Committee recommendations regarding:
a. To contract with Associated Bank for the ACH Filter and Positive Pay for $65/month.
b. That the TZC impose a $35 fee for NSF checks.
c. That the Commission designates the Chairperson and Treasurer (jointly) to make any changes in legally authorizing changes in the banking relationship. Further, any changes must be reported to the Finance Committee within 30 days.
10. Consideration of confirming various appointments to the following committees: (Please note that a list of recommended individuals will be sent out next week):
a. Executive Committee
b. Finance Committee
c. Compliance Committee
d. Annual Meeting Committee
11. Consideration of approving reports and payables plus receipts to date.
12. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statues, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting.
13. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
14. Consdier a motion to take action, if required.
