a. Adoption of early intent to remain resolution

10. Consider a motion to expand the membership of the Executive committee to seven members to incorporate the functions of the Finance Committee effective on June 17, 2010.

13. Discussion on the collection proposal from LifeQuest
14. Discussion on specific enforcement actions before the Door County Circuit Court.
15. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section
19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the
room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
16. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
17. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
