4. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
5. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
6. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
