1. Approval of the Agenda
2. Approval of the Minutes of August 18 Commission meeting
3. Report from Kathy Kirkland on current activities, projects and issues associated with permitting new members
4. Report by the Door County Visitor Bureau on marketing efforts & quarterly report
5. Discussion on the current comparable occupancy numbers for 2011
6. Consideration of approving reports and payables plus receipts to date
7. Report from Commissioners on feedback from local boards on recent issues
8. Discussion with representatives of Bay Lake Systems regarding database maintenance, licensing and upgrades
9. Discussion on changes to Intergovernmental Agreement, Bylaws, Entity Agreement, and any compliance changes to be signed/renewed by January 1, 2012
10. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
11. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
12. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
