1. Approval of the Agenda
2. Approval of minutes
3. Welcome members from new member communities
4. Report from Kathy Kirkland on current activities, projects and issues associated with members
5. Report by the Door County Visitor Bureau on marketing efforts
6. Discussion on the current comparatible occupancy numbers fior 2009.
7. Consideration of approving reports and payables plus receipts to date
8. Consideration of approving the recommendations from the Compliance Committee dated policy.
9. Consideration of approving the recommendations from the Performance Evaluation Committee on measurements and goals for the DCVB. The specific recommendations will follow a joint meeting with representatives from the DCVB executive committee on Monday and emailed out that evening. The goal will be to get approval for the measurements at the 9/17 meeting with a report back at the 10/15 meeting.
10. Updates from the Compliance Committee and Bill Vande Castle on specific enforcement actions before the Door County Circuit Court.
11. Appointment of an individual to the Finance Committee.
12. Discussion on updates to the intergovernmental agreement and community ordinances regarding compliance.
13. Discussion on the renewal process for the Commission's liability and workers compensation policy for 2010.
14. Discussion on conducting various surveys of permit holders, municipal members, DCVB Executive Committee members and others
