c. Report on the selection of a new Director
10. Discussion on the status of the Sturgeon Bay progress on joining the zone
11. Discussion on the search for an auditor for the Commission
12. Discussion on the development of bylaws for the Commission
13. Consider motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a)(f) or (g) to consider enforcement action against certain businesses regarding the room tax permitting, late payments and reporting
14. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
15. Consider a motion to take action, if required.
16. Consider a request from the DCVB to amend their marketing budget.
